Fresh Faces Photo Contest - CHARLESTON SC PHOTOGRAPHER

I'm going to try something new this summer. I'm always looking for "Fresh Faces" for my portfolio so I decided that having a contest would be a great way to find some! So Here's how the contest will work. Send in a snapshot of a child that you would like to enter in the "Fresh Faces" contest to clousephoto@gmail.com. Please add "Fresh Faces Photo Contest" to the subject of your email and include the child's First Name, Age and your contact information. Children must be between the ages of 2-14 years old male and female. It needs to be a photo taken by you or someone you know (must be recent within 2 months), no professional photos please. You can also enter someone else you know, but make sure you get their permission first.

Entries should be submitted NLT 11:59 pm June 13th 2009. Once all entries have been received, I'll post all of the entries here on the blog and open the voting! Voting will last for 2 weeks and will be conducted via a poll on the site. Tell your friends and family to come vote for your photo. At the end of the contest, whoever has the most votes will win a session at the location of their choice, (1) 8 x10, (2) 5 x 7, 1 set of 8 wallets and 1 5x10 storyboard of session images, all absolutely free! Second and Third runners-up will receive a mini-session at 50% the session fee. All entrants will receive a coupon for 20% off prints that NEVER expires, just for entering! Win-win situation people! So e-mail those photos, starting right now!

Key Information:
1. By entering the contest you agree to sign a model release on behalf of your child.
2. One entry per child. Please submit siblings as individual entrants.
3. Pictures should not be take by a professional photographer.
4. Sessions must be booked and shot within 90 days.

I'm excited about participating in this fantastic new group.

The purpose of this blog is to provide a photography sharing forum that focuses on the art of capturing faces and their various emotions. Each week, bloggers from across the world will have the opportunity to enter their favorite face photos into two different categories ~ kids and adults. A judge will pick a winning photo from each category that will then be displayed on our home page.

2008 Year in Review
